Our Approach

Enoch Capital Partners has a unique approach to investment and solving big challenges.

Flexible Financing: Enoch provides revenue-based debt and equity capital to small and medium businesses too large for microfinance and too small for corporate bank lending. A revenue-based approach is a simple structure – easy to understand and implement, self-liquidating within a desired timeframe, and aligns investor and company incentives.

Capacity Building: In addition to financing, we work with our portfolio companies to create a transformation plan and provide consulting services to help implement key changes. We partner with our partner management consulting firm, Cicero Group, to provide the consulting services.

Investment Requirements

We look to invest in companies that meet the following criteria:

1. Small or Medium-Sized: We look for companies who are too large for microfinance and too small for corporate bank lending.

2. Proven Business Model: We are looking for companies that have already proven their business model and have been in operation for at least two years. We prefer to invest in companies that have already reached profitability.

3. Growth Phase: We invest in companies that are looking for an investment size of $500K – $4M USD to be used primarily as growth capital.

4. Impactful: Social impact must be core to company’s business model. We define social impact based on the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
